Adult Circuit Training
A one hour small group focusing on total body strength and conditioning. Each session consists of warm up, core work, and various total body strengthening exercises using body weight, bands, balls, and light equipment in a circuit style format. Modifications to address any medical or structural limitations due to existing injuries and or conditions will be provided.
All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are encouraged to attend. This is a fun and light hearted group meant to inspire every participant to feel good, reach personal goals, and have some fun!
