Youth Yoga Flow

Youth Yoga Flow is a 7 week course designed for ages 9 to 12 years old introducing movements and principles of yoga.  Participants will learn basic movements and positions that encourage core strength, flexibility, and balance while focusing on breathing and mindfulness for improved behavior modulation, focus, and concentration.
