Service Description
4 Week Series for youth ages 10 - 14 years old at any skill level. Classes focus on instructing participants in proper warm up, core strengthening, general upper and lower body strengthening, conditioning, balance and coordination, and stretching techniques. We incorporate resistive exercises using age-appropriate dumbbells, kettlebells, resistive tubing and more. Fitness games and challenges also incorporated into various classes. Smaller group size allows for more personalized instruction and correction of technique.
