Service Description

This is a 4 week series of 1 hour classes for adults designed to provide a full body workout. All fitness levels are welcome as the class provides modifications for beginners and those with medical/injury histories. Each class is structured to provide warm up, core strengthening, and total body strength and conditioning with circuit style training. Participants are able to pace themselves according to current fitness level as circuits are designed with timed individual stations.
