Youth Weight Lifting

  This is a 4 week course introducing the principles and techniques of weight lifting for adolescents aged 10 - 14 years old.

 

This class will instruct participants how to properly and effectively strength train using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and body weight.  Kids will learn age and body size appropriate loading for safe and effective total body strengthening.
