Athletic Development


The Athletic Development Series is designed for youth ages 10 to 15 years old of any skill level.  Classes focus on warm up instruction followed by various core and total body strengthening exercises using age appropriate resistance with medicine balls, bands, dumbells, kettlebells and more. All aspects of fitness and sports movements such as speed and agility, vertical leap, balance and coordination, and conditioning are incorporated into a fun filled environment with instruction for form correction and improved quality of movement.

Emphasis in this course is also placed on injury prevention and personal responsibility for fitness goals.
