Dynamic Physical Training stems from a desire to help clients become more aware of their individual strengths and weaknesses in order to provide a well rounded exercise routine while preventing injuries and reaching personal goals. The primary focus is to provide tailored training routines incorporating core control, postural alinement, flexibility, strength, control of dynamic movements into the athletic development of all ages.
In order to prevent injuries, addressing individual levels of fitness is integrated into all sports and conditioning activities.
We utilize experienced and knowledgeable licensed Physical Therapists for integrative and efficient training to enhance performance. DPT teaches clients how to "Feel It" in order to recognize their individual strengths and weaknesses while maximizing mechanical alinement, enhancing stability, and attending to joint integrity to avoid injuries.
